「忠実」 ;; “ Absolutely not, ” grumbled the samurai, leaning into his lover’s arms. Aah, how comfortable he was with Nahyuta’s warmth around him. Simon would have fallen asleep right then and there had it not been for the monk’s insistence on bringing medical help to him.
“ I am FINE, Nahyuta. Quit your fretting. ”
The Funeral Prosecutor
❝Simon, Simon, Simon… You sounded like a child.❞
He held the monochrome prosecutor in his arms, his hand comforting his warm head. The monk kissed his head as he laid his cheek on it.
❝Why don’t you rest in bed and perhaps cook some warm noodle soup? Does it sound better, my love?❞
Nahyuta wants to make Prosecutor Blackquill feel a lot better, but he didn’t want to throw his beaded necklace at his lover. The monk hugged him, the fever made him felt like a hot summer day against his light olive skin.
❝… My love, please do not be harsh to your health. If you don’t want me to bring you to the hospital, I can summon a shaman for some remedies. Sound better?❞
「忠実」 ;; “ Mm. ” Simon turned, not quite noticing the other’s gaze. He was far too transfixed in his own thoughts to bother with whatever it was Nahyuta was doing.
“ –Ah. The elevator is currently undergoing renovations. We will have to take the stairs. ”
All the way up to the Chief Prosecutor’s office. It would not be a pleasant trip.
The Funeral Prosecutor
His head turned to face the monochrome prosecutor. Elevator? Renovations? His lips turned to a smile, his eyes closed as he thanked her in his prayers.
❝The stairs, you say? Is the Chief Prosecutor’s office way up there? Then, shall we go up, Panda?❞
Nahyuta is calm right now. Going up the stairs is like going to the temples of Khura’in…
「忠実」 ;; “ I did. ”‘Twas a sensitive subject, and Simon hoped that his tone conveyed as much. It was difficult to show that he wished not to speak of it without exposing too much weakness. Nahyuta spoke well, but the samurai could see in his fellow prosecutor’s body language that the man was equally lost in thought; equally pained by his memories.
Perhaps it was time for a change in subject ? Simon didn’t exactly know how to go about such a thing.
“ …We have a meeting to attend. ”
The Funeral Prosecutor
He nodded to the monochrome prosecutor. Nahyuta knew something happened to his mentor, but pressing him might bring him pain. This mentor of his must mean so much to him, just like his mentor before he went on his spiritual journey a long time ago…
❝Ah, yes… the meeting. We shall proceed to the elevator, Prosecutor Blackquill?❞
He wanted to know more about him. His jade eyes couldn’t stop staring at him as he fixed his glove. He’s a handsome fellow, is he?
「忠実」 ;; An exhale. He was making a considerable effort not to laugh ( or giggle, or snicker… ) He’d been hoping to get under Nahyuta’s skin – to irritate him a bit. His plan had very much backfired.
“ …Stop that. ”
The Funeral Prosecutor
❝Never…Unless you kiss me…❞
He smiled, wanting to kiss his lips with his own. A perfect religious monk, but such a bully to the man he loves…
「忠実」 ;; “ If I were here to relax, those hopes would be immediately dashed upon seeing your face. ” Of course, he wasn’t on vacation in the FIRST place, but if he HAD been…
The Funeral Prosecutor
❝Well, well, well… what a revelation to see dear panda opening himself up to me…❞
Chuckling under his breath, he stood up as he went to him, fixing his tie and taking that blasted feather off of his pale lips. Nahyuta used the feather to gently tickle his pale body, from the center of his neck to his abdomen in a slower pace. His jaded eyes sparkled with delight…
